Gorgeous began working with NDIS providers during the scheme's Victorian rollout, helping new businesses build the processes, policies and procedures needed to pass NDIS Verification and Certification audits. Her background as a business coach and IT systems specialist quickly made her a sought-after expert in business setup, compliance and operational efficiency.
After COVID, she moved into direct participant support — working closely with people facing mental health challenges, social anxiety and trauma. That experience deepened her understanding of resilience, and of what genuinely meaningful support looks like.
Today she works as a Psychosocial Recovery Coach and Support Coordinator, helping participants navigate the NDIS, access services and build independence — while leading Accomplished Success's consulting work with providers across Victoria and beyond.
